Stephen Stuart – Treasurer

Stephen, a 5th Year student of Chemical and Materials Engineering / Economics and Finance, spent his summer diving into the fascinating world of wastewater treatment systems. Despite the unconventional choice, Stephen found real fun in designing solutions for a cleaner environment. Now, as our Treasurer, he brings his analytical prowess to manage the financial side of ThinkPod. From budgeting to financial statements, Stephen ensures our organisation stays financially healthy. Drawn to this role by his desire to give back and stay connected after his consultancy experience, Stephen’s technical skills and dedication enrich our team.

 

Role Description: “I look after the financial side of ThinkPod. This involves budgeting, handling reimbursements, preparing financial statements etc. “

 

Reason(s) behind taking on the role: “I was a consultant at ThinkPod in 2023 and met some really cool people and learnt lots of valuable skills so I wanted to find a way to stay connected to ThinkPod and give back. Being Treasurer allows me to apply my technical skills while supporting this awesome organisation doing really positive work.”
